Page is a naked sandal with a sportier, more accessible vibe.

We’ve seen a lot of naked sandals this season—mostly on slim heels. With Page I was thinking about how I could balance a slim-strappy upper with a chunkier bottom; how could I make the naked sandal friendlier and more approachable.

For me, the shape of Page recalls an EVA stacked sneaker sole (think retro sketchers), flaring a bit all around, and kicking up at the front. 

I’ve also had our factory pad the insole, which thus feels more like a sneaker. It might not come across in pictures, but take my word for it: THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE.

So I started thinking about how I could do a slim strappy upper, but balanced out when a chunkier bottom, something easy and low-stress.

It's these sport references, mixed with the slim chic barely-there straps, that round it out and make it whole.
