Shipping & Returns | Labucq
Labucq offers flat rate UPS ground shipping to customers within the United States. We also offer discounted priority shipping through USPS, and calculated-rate, express overnight shipping.
For international orders, we offer calculated shipping rates through USPS International and DHL Express, not including duties. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator.
All orders placed before 12pm PST go out the same day.
Labucq offers easy returns and free exchanges.
We will send you a return label in your shipment, and if for any reason the shoes don’t work for you, simply fill out the included form to specify your desired return. Affix the included return label to your original shipping box and get the shoes back to us at your earliest convenience.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There must be no visible wear on shoe outsoles or uppers.Please try your shoes on indoors on a carpeted or soft surface. Shoes also must be returned in the original box with shoe bag and original tissue inside.
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to ship returns back to us. Returns shipped after this window will be processed as store credit, without exception.
Exchanges will receive free turnaround shipping upon our reception of your return. Simply indicate your desired size and style on your return form and we'll ship it out as soon as we receive and control your package. If you want to fast track this process, email email@example.com with an active tracking number, and we'll ship the return package same day.
Upon our receipt and inspection, returns for store credit will be issued a gift card for the value of the retail price of the shoes; Labucq will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns for payment method will be issued a refund for the sale amount less the cost of return shipping (usually no more than $15 per pair).
Sale items may only be returned for exchange, or store credit. Return shipping will be deducted from store credit after return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shoes are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to get your shoes replaced. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed. Labucq product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
