Shipping & Returns | Labucq
Labucq offers free ground shipping on all US orders. We also offer discounted priority shipping through USPS, and calculated-rate, express overnight shipping.
For international orders, we offer calculated shipping rates through USPS International and DHL Express, not including duties. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator.
We will do our best to get all orders placed before 12pm PST out the same day.
Labucq offers hassle-free returns through our online portal.
If you would like to return or exchange, please visit our returns page at labucq.com/a/returns. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return, less the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There must be no visible wear on shoe outsoles or uppers. Please note, Labucqs are made with all leather outsoles which is extremely durable but also very sensitive to scuffing. For this reason, we ask customers try on shoes indoors on a carpeted or soft surface.
Returns initiated but not deemed by Labucq to be resalable at full retail value—including pairs with scuffed outsoles—will not be processed. Return initiators will be notified, and will be responsible for claiming their shoes.
Shoes must be returned in the original box with shoe bag and original tissue inside. For returns received without bags, $10 will be deducted from the return amount.
Customers have 14 days from the date of order to ship returns back to us. Returns initiated after this window will be processed as store credit. Exceptions only accepted if a rare delay occurs during shipping - please contact us directly if you need assistance at email@example.com.
Labucq does not offer exchanges.
All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return item at Labucq. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from refund total.
Without exception, sale items - including items purchased using discount codes for discounts equal to or greater than 15% - may only be returned for store credit. Return shipping will be deducted from store credit refund amount after return is processed.
Any sale items for 50% off more are FINAL SALE.
There will be no price matches on sale items. No exceptions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shoes are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do what we can to get your shoes replaced. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed. Labucq product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
