Shipping & Returns
As part of our commitment to offer exceptional service, we offer free shipping on all orders to the US, Canada and Mexico, Europe, Australia, Japan, Israel and Russia. US orders ship with UPS Ground. Aforementioned international orders ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited with all duties and taxes included (2-8 day delivery).
We also offer calculated-rate express & overnight shipping within the US.
For all other international destinations, we offer calculated shipping rates through UPS, and DHL Ecommerce, not including duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for import duties, paid to customs at border crossing. Please see individual product checkout for shipping cost calculator.
We do our best to get all orders out within 24 hours.
Returns are simple and easy. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.

All full price items are returnable for full refund, less a $10 restocking fee. Store credit returns and exchanges are free on all US orders.

For all international orders, the customer will be responsible for return shipping, and any other costs associated with getting the shoes back to us. We are not able to offer exchanges on international orders at this time. Refunds will be in the form of payment method or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new, unworn condition. There must be no visible wear on shoe outsoles or uppers. Please note, most Labucq shoes are made with all leather outsoles which is extremely durable but also very sensitive to scuffing when brand new. For this reason, we ask customers try on shoes indoors on a carpeted or soft surface. Socks must be returned new, unworn and with all original packaging.
Returns initiated but not deemed by Labucq to be resalable at full retail value—including pairs with scuffed outsoles—will not be processed. Customers will be notified, and will be responsible for claiming their shoes.
Shoes must be returned in the original Labucq packaging. For returns received without shoe box or duster bag, $15 will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns initiated after the 30 day window will be processed as store credit on a case by case basis. Please send return shoes back within 14 days of receiving your return label. Please allow 3-7 business days for return processing after item is received back by Labucq.
Without exception, sale items - including items purchased using discount codes - for discounts equal to or greater than 20% off original retail price, may be returned for store credit only.
Any sale items for 50% off or more are FINAL SALE.
There will be no price matches on sale items.

Product exchanges are free and easy. To initiate an exchange, please visit our returns portal. Exchanges are available for US orders only.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shoes are damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what the issue is, with accompanying photos, and we’ll look into having your shoes repaired or replaced. Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed. Labucq product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
